Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. As a QA at Tach, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, execute rigorous testing procedures, and play a critical role in delivering a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaboration & Planning:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases , test plans , and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
  1. Manual Testing:
  • Perform a wide range of manual testing, including:
  • Functional Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Exploratory Testing
  • Usability Testing
  • UI/UX Testing
  • Smoke and Sanity Testing
  1. Automated Testing:
  • Implement and execute automated testing for scalability and efficiency, including:
  • API Testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI
  • End-to-End Testing with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Performance Testing using JMeter or LoadRunner
  • Mobile Testing Automation with Appium
  1. Defect Management:
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues promptly.
  1. Agile Participation:
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure quality is embedded in the development process.
  1. Post-Deployment Monitoring:
  • Monitor live systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure a bug-free and smooth user experience.
  1. Root Cause Analysis:
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Methodologies: Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Manual Testing: Proficiency in diverse testing types, as listed above.
  • Automation Testing: Hands-on experience with frameworks and tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
  • API Testing: Familiarity with tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
  • Performance Testing: Knowledge of tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in the e-commerce or delivery domain is a plus.
