About the Job:

Title : Quality Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Mode : Onsite

NP : Immediate to 1 month

Exp : 8 - 15 years


Position Overview: As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products

through thorough testing and analysis. You will work closely with the development team to identify issues, develop test cases,

and implement testing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to our customers.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to uncover software defects and ensure thorough

test coverage.

• Collaborate with the development team to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria for user stories.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.

• Report and track defects found during testing and work with developers to resolve them.

• Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues that may not be covered by existing test cases.

• Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other relevant meetings to provide input from a quality

assurance perspective.

• Maintain and update test documentation including test cases, test results, and testing progress reports.

• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software

products.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 4+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience in manual testing of web-based and mobile applications.

• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

• Experience in testing APIs and understanding of RESTful API principles.

• Experience with SQL and ability to write SQL queries for data validation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Passion for providing excellent customer service.


Good to have:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
