Operations Manager – Scratchgard Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mumbai Type: Full-Time, On-Site Reports to: Head of Operations ⸻ About Scratchgard Technologies Scratchgard Technologies is an Indian start up dealing in Paint Protection Film (PPF) with a rapidly expanding nationwide Supply & Apply network. Our business runs at high velocity across multiple cities, with tight timelines, demanding service standards, and a relentless focus on quality. We are building a system-driven organisation capable of scaling to 25+ cities, and we need an operations professional who can match that pace. ⸻ Role Overview We are seeking a high-energy Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across all PPF hubs nationwide. The ideal candidate is sharp, disciplined, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role requires superior communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to manage pressure without compromising on quality or timelines. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating nationwide teams, implementing SOPs, and supporting the Operations Head in scaling our pan-India footprint. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations across all PPF hubs nationwide, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution. • Manage coordination between applicators, hub teams, logistics, design, and supply chain for smooth job flow. • Implement, monitor, and strengthen SOPs to ensure consistent standards across cities. • Track operational KPIs, productivity, turnaround times, inventory usage, and customer satisfaction metrics. • Handle escalations, resolve operational bottlenecks, and prioritise tasks based on urgency and business impact. • Support new hub launches, workforce planning, and expansion initiatives across India. • Liaise with showroom partners, dealers, and internal teams to ensure customer commitments are met. • Drive process optimisation, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines across all locations. • Provide clear reporting and insights to the Operations Head for strategic decision-making. • Actively contribute ideas, improvements, and initiatives that support company growth and operational scalability. ⸻ Required Skills & Competencies • Proven experience in operations management (service industry or multi-location operations preferred). • Strong leadership with the ability to manage large and diverse on-ground teams. • Exceptional communication skills — confident, clear, and professional. • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with ERP or operational management software. • Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail. • Ability to enforce policies, maintain standards, and ensure accountability. • A proactive, dynamic personality who takes initiative and contributes actively to business growth. ⸻ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field. • Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory. • 4–10 years of relevant operations experience. ⸻ Why Join Scratchgard? • Be part of India’s fastest-growing PPF ecosystem. • Work directly with leadership on high-impact operational initiatives. • Fast-paced environment with real responsibility and rapid professional growth. • A culture that rewards performance, ownership, and innovation. ⸻
