Bengaluru Experience: 2 to 3 years Annual CTC : 5,00,000 Reports to: Creative Director / Founder Mainframe Networks, where creative strategy and storytelling hang out . We craft integrated campaigns across Brand & Design, Digital Media, Video Production, Technology, and Events & Activations . We're looking for a Social Media Manager to drive strategy, content, and growth for our clients' digital presence and MFN's own brand. The Social Media Manager will own the end-to-end digital strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and performance orientation . You will collaborate with internal creative, design, and video teams while leading execution and reporting. Strategy & Planning o Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client and o Build monthly content calendars with campaigns, hooks, and topical Content & Execution o Work with design and video teams to ensure high-quality posts, reels, and o Write compelling captions, CTAs, and brand-led narratives. Performance & Analytics o Manage internal workflows with designers, copywriters, and video editors. 2 to 3 years of experience managing social media for brands/agencies. ~ Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. ~ Knowledge of performance marketing (Google/Meta Ads) is a plus. ~ Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
