Job Description | Social Media Manager Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals. Define KPIs and regularly report on performance. Content Creation & Management Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, DM creatives, etc.). Ensure consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging. As is the case with the rest of the team, you will be expected to feature in the content we publish. Community Management Build and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster conversations that strengthen brand affinity. Influencer Marketing Identify influencers that resonate with our audience groups to forge short and long-term associations. Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools. Support paid media strategy with creative and audience insights. Content creator with a following of at least 10K followers on any social platforms (OR) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media with 1-3 years of experience managing social media for a brand/agency. Strong knowledge of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Threads, etc.). Creative & strategic thinker with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Basic to Intermediate experience in video editing and/or graphic design Basic knowledge of paid media is a plus.
