Build and manage the engineering roadmap and infrastructure.You Might Be:A full-stack or backend engineer with deep experience in building scalable web/mobile applications (Node.js, React, Python, etc.).Passionate about IoT, AI/ML, or energy-tech platforms.Eager to lead a tech team and make architecture decisions.Comfortable in low-resource environments and rapid prototyping.Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Your Mission: Build and manage financial models, investor pitches, and funding strategies. Navigate grants, carbon credit financing, and green incentives.You Might Be:Experienced in early-stage startup finance or renewable energy project funding.Skilled in budgeting, fundraising, and compliance.Comfortable working with equity-based compensation at the start.Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Your Mission: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies, build user trust, and create a brand that stands for sustainability and innovation.You Might Be:An expert in digital marketing, branding, and growth hacking.Able to create viral campaigns and community-driven impact.A great communicator with a flair for storytelling and design.⚡ What We’re Building A scalable tech platform in the renewable energy space —connecting end users, vendors, financiers, and regulators to simplify clean energy adoption.
