You Might Be:

- A full-stack or backend engineer with deep experience in building scalable web/mobile applications (Node.js, React, Python, etc.).
- Passionate about IoT, AI/ML, or energy-tech platforms.
- Eager to lead a tech team and make architecture decisions.
- Comfortable in low-resource environments and rapid prototyping.

💰 Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Your Mission: Build and manage financial models, investor pitches, and funding strategies. Navigate grants, carbon credit financing, and green incentives.

You Might Be:

- Experienced in early-stage startup finance or renewable energy project funding.
- Skilled in budgeting, fundraising, and compliance.
- Comfortable working with equity-based compensation at the start.

📣 Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Your Mission: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies, build user trust, and create a brand that stands for sustainability and innovation.

You Might Be:

- An expert in digital marketing, branding, and growth hacking.
- Able to create viral campaigns and community-driven impact.
- A great communicator with a flair for storytelling and design.
