The role includes engaging with architects, hotels, HNIs, and dealers, achieving sales targets, and expanding GEBE's market presence.Key responsibilities include:- Executing monthly sales and revenue targets- Conducting a minimum of 4 client meetings per day- Building long-term relationships with key clients and dealers- Identifying new market opportunities and developing growth strategies- Managing lead pipelines, sales reporting, and CRM updates- Collaborating with design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand positioningQualifications:- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in furniture, interior, or architectural product sales- Strong understanding of furniture industry fundamentals, materials, and design trends- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Proven ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills- Highly disciplined, with the ability to plan and execute a structured daily sales routine- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field- Experience in data-driven decision-making and sales reporting tools (CRM/Asana)Must own a car (4-wheeler) and be open to regional travel- Passionate to grow with an emerging global brand and contribute to its market leadership
