We at Elitebutlers are seeking an experienced and dynamic House Keeping- Training & Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in housekeeping, facility management, and luxury hospitality standards. This individual will play a critical role in identifying top talent from the hospitality industry and providing high-level training programs for corporate, residential, and hospitality teams, especially focusing on ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and high-net-worth individuals (HNI) clients. The role also requires expertise in both public area and guest room management for luxury projects and may involve national and international travel for training and consultancy engagements.
As part of our growing team, this professional will contribute to setting new standards of excellence in luxury housekeeping and facility management, ensuring that all teams provide impeccable service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Identify and Recruit Top Talent: Source, interview, and recruit the best professionals in housekeeping and facility management from the hospitality industry, with a special focus on high-end properties, luxury hotels, and exclusive residences.
- Networking and Partnerships: Build relationships with hospitality schools, recruitment agencies, and industry leaders to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior management to anticipate hiring needs for luxury projects and ensure staffing levels meet the requirements for both short-term and long-term projects.
Training and Development:
- Design Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to corporate teams, residential staff, and luxury hospitality workers. Focus areas will include housekeeping standards, luxury facility management, service excellence, attention to detail, and customer service skills specific to HNI and UHNWI clients.
- Onboarding and Continuous Education: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive a thorough orientation and are quickly integrated into the company's culture and standards. Create ongoing training modules for existing staff to ensure skills are always up-to-date with industry trends and client needs.
- Luxury Standards Training: Provide specialized training in managing both public areas and guest rooms within luxury projects, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and staff performance, using feedback to adjust and improve training content and methods.
Facility Management Expertise:
- Guest Room and Public Area Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas for luxury properties. Work closely with facility managers to ensure standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Consultation for Luxury Projects: Advise clients on best practices for facility management in luxury properties, ensuring a seamless and opulent experience for their guests and residents.
- Sustainability and Efficiency: Integrate eco-friendly and sustainable practices into training and operational strategies, ensuring that luxury properties meet modern environmental standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Work with High Net-Worth Clients: Train and manage the teams serving HNI and UHNWI clients, ensuring exceptional service and attention to every detail.
- Client Engagement: Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and expectations for their luxury homes, private residences, or hotel accommodations.
- Customized Solutions: Provide tailored recommendations for service improvements and staffing strategies to meet the high expectations of elite clientele.
Travel and Global Engagement:
- National and International Travel: Travel regularly to client sites and luxury properties, both within the country and internationally, to conduct training, assessments, and consultations.
- Global Exposure: Stay informed on international trends in luxury hospitality and housekeeping standards, ensuring that your team and clients benefit from the latest global best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in housekeeping and facility management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector, with a focus on guest room and public area maintenance.
- At least 5 years of experience in training or coaching teams in a corporate or luxury setting.
- A proven track record of managing teams serving HNI or UHNWI clients is highly desirable.
- Experience in national or international travel for project management, talent acquisition, or training engagements.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards, housekeeping protocols, and facility management practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and high-profile clients.
- Expertise in creating and implementing training programs, including digital learning solutions and in-person workshops.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a knack for identifying and addressing service gaps and operational inefficiencies.
- Ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with international luxury hospitality standards and trends.
Educational Background:
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in training or housekeeping would be advantageous (e.g., Certified Housekeeping Manager (CHM), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), etc.).
- Travel Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required by the job.
