Senior Bookkeeper and Reviewer for USA and Canada

Employment Type: Full-time

NPV Infinity is a fast-growing accounting outsourcing firm working with clients across the USA and Canada. Our services include bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CPA support services. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant Manager to join our team and take charge of managing bookkeeping operations, reviewing team deliverables, and handling client coordination and communication.

Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks for USA and Canada-based clients.

Review the work of junior accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.

Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, CA or Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting (USA/Canada experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, or other accounting software.
