This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in OneStream, strong solution design capabilities, and the ability to guide teams across complex financial transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and blueprinting of OneStream solutions across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting. Define scalable data models, workflows, integrations, cubes, business rules, and metadata structures. Evaluate business requirements and translate them into robust OneStream architectural designs aligned with industry best practices. Design end-to-end integration frameworks with ERP, data warehouses, and other source systems. Hands-on experience with OneStream workflows, dashboards, data management, business rules, XFBR rules, forms, and Extensible Finance capabilities. Strong understanding of financial processes: close & consolidation, FP&A, driver-based planning, reporting, allocations, intercompany, and data reconciliation. Experience designing custom solutions using OneStream MarketPlace components. Oversee data integration pipelines, APIs, and automation frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead in multiple full-cycle OneStream implementations. Strong command over OneStream platform architecture, performance optimization, security design, and best practices. Solid understanding of finance domain concepts (FP&A, Consolidation, Financial Close, Reporting). Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and data platforms. Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to lead cross-functional technical/functional teams.
