Company - US MNC, Location - Navi Mumbai Designation - OneStream Functional Analyst Role Summary: The Junior OneStream Functional Analyst will support the Controlling team in maintaining and enhancing the OneStream platform for financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and planning. In addition, the role will provide leadership over the internal controls framework, ensuring robust processes for accurate and compliant financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in financial systems and process optimization, working under the guidance of senior team members. Job Description: Assist with functional activities for the OneStream platform , including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. Help translate business needs into OneStream solutions for consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Maintain and update financial reports, dashboards, workflows, and templates within OneStream. Collaborate with Controlling, FP&A, and IT teams to ensure system changes meet reporting and compliance standards. Support data integration and perform quality checks between OneStream and ERP/finance systems. Contribute to internal controls processes by assisting with documentation and compliance activities. Document configurations and processes and assist with user training and knowledge -sharing sessions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and learn best practices for OneStream functionality. Travel occasionally as required for training or project support. The Person: The candidate must bring a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values. Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with all levels in the organization. Communication as a critical skill. Needs to be able to effectively communicate across multiple markets and levels of the organization in English. Experience: 3-5 years Educational Background: Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance Technical Skillset: OneStream Administration Other details: Working hours – 12 noon to 9 pm Work location: Millenium Business Park, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai Notice period – Preferably 1 month Added Advantage: Implemented OneStream software for consolidation.
