As a Program Manager- Neo Gyms you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple related projects (a program) to achieve organizational goals, acting as a leader who coordinates activities, manages resources, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.

For ex - improve ToF, VM campaigns, CRM campaigns, and offline campaigns.
Plan new pilots/initiatives, testing, and scaling.
Center visits to get insights on funnel or customer experience.
Analytics skills - should be proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
~2-4 years of work experience as a program manager, generalist profile.
~ Should be able to understand data and make decisions accordingly.
~ Up for center/field visits and get insights.
