We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who not only excels in driving sales but also brings strong analytical, problem-solving, and SQL expertise to optimize sales strategies and execution.

Drive inside sales operations, including lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline management, and closures.
Use SQL and data analytics to track, analyze, and report sales performance, funnel metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Design and implement data-driven sales dashboards, reports, and forecasting models.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, and Data) to solve business challenges and optimize client acquisition.
4–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in fast-growing startups.
~ Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to query, extract, and manipulate data.
~ Solid analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Google Sheets
~ Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making.
~ Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
