You'll drive enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, and cyber resilience while shaping strategy across threat intelligence, incident response, vendor security, and employee awareness. If you're passionate about emerging tech, continuous improvement, and building a security-first culture, this is your platform to make a lasting impact.Your Role & Responsibilities:Design and implement a information security strategyLead and optimize the cybersecurity team and resourcesEnsure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, DPDPA, GDPR, IT Act 2000 etc.)Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and controlsIdentify, assess, and mitigate security risks across IT & OT environmentsOversee incident response, forensic analysis, and post-event reviewsProvide reports to senior leadership on security mattersOversee security awareness and training programsRequired Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or CybersecuritySpecialization: CybersecurityCertifications: CISA, ISO 27001, CEH, GDPRExperience: 10+ years in cybersecurity, preferably in a publicly listed companyRequired Key Competencies:Technical & StrategicCybersecurity assessment & penetration testingIT & OT SecuritySecurity Strategy, Operations & GovernanceRisk & Compliance frameworksAutomation & Threat IntelligenceCommunication & LeadershipEffective oral & written communicationInterpersonal & stakeholder managementTime management & prioritizationSecurity culture & value delivery
