As a Lead IT CISO you will lead the charge in securing both IT and OT landscapes. You'll drive enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, and cyber resilience while shaping strategy across threat intelligence, incident response, vendor security, and employee awareness. Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a information security strategy
- Lead and optimize the cybersecurity team and resources
- Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, DPDPA, GDPR, IT Act 2000 etc.)
- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across IT & OT environments
- Oversee incident response, forensic analysis, and post-event reviews
- Provide reports to senior leadership on security matters
- Oversee security awareness and training programs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity
- Specialization: Cybersecurity
- Certifications: CISA, ISO 27001, CEH, GDPR
- Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity, preferably in a publicly listed company
