We are seeking an Executive – Supply Chain Management who will be responsible for effective planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production, optimal inventory levels of raw and packing materials, and timely delivery of finished goods as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with demand forecasts and capacity utilization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.
  • Prepare and release production orders based on demand requirements and material availability.
  • Monitor order execution, highlight deviations, and report them to management in a timely manner.
  • Track, record, and update production line status in the system to ensure real-time data accuracy.
  • Raise material requests for RM/PM and coordinate with Procurement and SCM for timely availability.
  • Monitor and manage RM/PM inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Optimize inventory holding through effective planning and coordination.
  • Generate and analyze monthly production performance and KPI reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
  • Post-Graduation in Operations Management / Supply Chain (preferred).

Experience:

  • 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or engineering industries).

Key Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in SAP (PP modul) is a must.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive problem-solving and supply chain risk management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory optimisation techniques.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English and local languages for effective communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset.
