We are seeking an Executive – Supply Chain Management who will be responsible for effective planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production, optimal inventory levels of raw and packing materials, and timely delivery of finished goods as per business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with demand forecasts and capacity utilization.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.Prepare and release production orders based on demand requirements and material availability.Monitor order execution, highlight deviations, and report them to management in a timely manner.Track, record, and update production line status in the system to ensure real-time data accuracy.Raise material requests for RM/PM and coordinate with Procurement and SCM for timely availability.Monitor and manage RM/PM inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.Optimize inventory holding through effective planning and coordination.Generate and analyze monthly production performance and KPI reports.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.Education & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.Post-Graduation in Operations Management / Supply Chain (preferred).Experience:2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or engineering industries).Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proven experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.Expertise in SAP (PP modul) is a must.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Proactive problem-solving and supply chain risk management.Strong understanding of inventory optimisation techniques.Skills:Proficiency in English and local languages for effective communication.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point etc. Strong learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset.
