Position: Project Management Associate / Project Coordinator
Location: Mohali, Punjab (100% Onsite)
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Shift: 4 PM - 1 AM IST (Alternate Saturdays are working)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and document internal communications between departments.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth workflow and timely approvals.
Document internal processes, including approvals and task progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Chat GPT usage is a must.
6 months to 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or related administrative roles.
Familiarity with project management and digital collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under direct supervision and adapt to evolving project needs.
