We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gold Loan Manager for an on-site, full-time role located in Delhi, India. The Gold Loan Manager will be responsible for overseeing gold loan operations, including business development, customer relationship management, loan processing, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory norms. The role involves promoting gold loan products, evaluating customers' eligibility, monitoring repayment schedules, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels while achieving business targets. Proficiency in managing Gold Loan operations, including business development and loan processing. Strong skills in customer relationship management to achieve high client satisfaction and retention. Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment for loan approvals. Effective organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth in the financial domain. Prior work experience in gold loans or related financial products is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required. Proficiency in using financial software and tools will be advantageous.
