Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a knack for turning ideas into impactful visuals, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth through Design
Create visuals that effectively communicate the purpose of each project in engaging and impactful ways.
Transform creative briefs into designs that captivate and resonate with the target audience.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to achieve outstanding results.
Deliver Agile Designs
Develop collateral aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Approach projects with a fresh perspective, minimizing monotony while maintaining quality.
Implement feedback promptly and refine designs to meet team and brand expectations.
Seamlessly contribute to internal communications, sales materials, social media content, and brand campaigns.
Cultivate Creativity and Curiosity
Continuously enhance and refine existing designs with an experimental and growth-driven mindset.
Bring fresh ideas to social media posts, interactions, and campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest design trends through research and learning.
Build and maintain a brand repository for layouts, compositions, illustrations, and other design elements to inspire future projects.
Qualifications
Experience: 1-4 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
Creativity: Highly creative with an impressive portfolio of design projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
Collaboration: Strong team spirit with effective communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with external clients.
Time Management: Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to handle diverse projects efficiently.
