Job Title: Junior/Senior Graphic Designer

Experience: 0-2 years (Junior) | 3 years and above (Senior)

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)


Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior/Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Depending on experience, you will either assist or lead design projects across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.


Responsibilities

  • Create and design graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and other digital or print assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to deliver creative solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into fresh, innovative designs.
  • Prepare design drafts, review feedback, and make necessary revisions.
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.
  • (Senior level): Mentor junior designers and oversee the quality of their work.
  • (Senior level): Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to larger design strategies.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–3 years in graphic design or a related role.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
