We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment bookings and inquiries.- Explain clinic services including skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.- Follow up with leads generated through ads, social media, and walk-ins.- Confirm appointments and manage daily patient schedules.- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client details.- Provide basic consultation guidance and route complex queries to doctors.- Ensure excellent customer service and patient engagement.Requirements:- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.- Prior experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or customer support executive is an advantage.- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi preferred.- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is a plus.What We Offer:- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.- Friendly and professional work environment.- Growth opportunities within the clinic.- Training on clinic services and client handling.Work Timings: Full-time, On-siteLocation: Chandigarh
