About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant with a proven track record in delivering SAP upgrades, migrations, and BASIS-related projects. This is a permanent position , and you’ll have the opportunity to work with SAP ECS Team and SAP RISE/Grow projects, contributing to transformative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver SAP upgrades, migrations, and BASIS-related projects with excellence.
  • Collaborate with the SAP ECS team and manage RISE/Grow projects.
  • Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager.
  • Monitor and maintain SAP system environments (Sandbox, Development, QA, Production, DR, etc.) for optimal performance.
  • Manage SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP Admin.
  • Oversee SAP/Oracle backup, restore, and recovery processes and conduct server monitoring and optimization.
  • Configure SAP Disaster Recovery (DR) and participate in DR drills.
  • Handle OS administration (Linux and Windows) and troubleshoot HANA DB.
  • Implement performance tuning and troubleshooting in SAP environments.
  • Perform core BASIS functions (support packs, corrections, transports, and more).
  • Research and implement SAP best practices for system optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8–9 years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in SAP upgrades, migrations, and RISE/Grow projects.
  • Experience in SAP Solution Manager configurations.
  • Proficiency in SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP Admin.
  • Strong knowledge of backup/recovery, server monitoring, and DR configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS and HANA DB troubleshooting.
  • SAP certification is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
