We have opportunities in the Cell Maintenance (Manufacturing) department at Fabcity. Senior Engineer - 5+ years of experience

Production & Output Responsibility: Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Solar/Chemical Industry/ Mechanical Experience: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
Engineering & Trials Management: Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
