Position Title: Workday Integration Technical Consultant

Location : Chennai, Vadodara, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru

Employment Type: Contract

Experience Required: 8 to 12 Years

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Integration Technical Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Design and Development:

  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Cloud Platform.
  • Translate business requirements into effective integration solutions.

System Analysis and Troubleshooting:

  • Identify and resolve issues related to Workday integrations, ensuring data accuracy and seamless functionality.
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure integrations meet business needs.
  • Communicate effectively to provide technical guidance and updates.
