The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java development – both front-end UI and backend services on AWS.

Requirements:

Must Have

  • 3+ years of Java development experience in Java 11 or higher.
  • 2+ years of IRIS Web Framework experience.
  • Experience writing RESTful API using Spring boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Config
  • Extensive experience configuring and using AWS components, such as RDS (MySQL), EC2, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing Auth 2.0 and MFA
  • Knowledge of Postman or SoapUI for Web Service testing
  • Working experience on Angular Js/React Js, designing, developing and integrating with backend API single page applications
  • Knowledge of Data encryption strategies
  • Experience Hashing and masking the data on both the UI and backend
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, etc.
  • Experience writing Junit test cases using Mockito / Powermock frameworks.
  • Should have practical experience with Maven/Gradle and knowledge of version control systems like Git/SVN etc.
  • Working experience on code versioning and tracking tools like Jira and git
  • Thorough understanding of OOPS concepts, Design principles and implementation of different type of Design patterns.
  • Sound understanding of concepts like Exceptional handling, Serialization/Deserialization, and Immutability concepts, etc. Good fundamental knowledge in Enums, Collections, Annotations, Generics, etc.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on projects. Sound understanding/experience in software development process, test-driven development.

Nice to Have

  • API certifications using Amazon API Gateway
  • Knowledge/Working of AWS containerization is a plus
  • Knowledge/Working of AWS Cloudwatch.
