Java Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java development – both front-end UI and backend services on AWS.Requirements:Must Have- 3+ years of Java development experience in Java 11 or higher.- 2+ years of IRIS Web Framework experience.- Experience writing RESTful API using Spring boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Config- Extensive experience configuring and using AWS components, such as RDS (MySQL), EC2, etc.- Knowledge and experience implementing Auth 2.0 and MFA- Knowledge of Postman or SoapUI for Web Service testing- Working experience on Angular Js/React Js, designing, developing and integrating with backend API single page applications- Knowledge of Data encryption strategies- Experience Hashing and masking the data on both the UI and backend- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, etc.- Experience writing Junit test cases using Mockito / Powermock frameworks.- Should have practical experience with Maven/Gradle and knowledge of version control systems like Git/SVN etc.- Working experience on code versioning and tracking tools like Jira and git- Thorough understanding of OOPS concepts, Design principles and implementation of different type of Design patterns.- Sound understanding of concepts like Exceptional handling, Serialization/Deserialization, and Immutability concepts, etc. Good fundamental knowledge in Enums, Collections, Annotations, Generics, etc.- Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on projects. Sound understanding/experience in software development process, test-driven development.Nice to Have- API certifications using Amazon API Gateway- Knowledge/Working of AWS containerization is a plus- Knowledge/Working of AWS Cloudwatch.
