You'll be a key player in integrating the features of our software applications into a cohesive and functioning system.Responsibility Includes:​The ServiceNow Architect should possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, Portal, and Industry-specific solutions for Manufacturing and Financial Services. This includes familiarity with specialized ServiceNow solutions like Manufacturing Asset Management, Field Service Management, Financial Services Operations, and Risk Management.Lead the design and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on the Manufacturing and Financial sectors. Ensure alignment of business needs with ServiceNow's capabilities, delivering industry-specific use cases that maximize value for Manufacturing and Financial services clients.Leverage Servicenow's out-of-the-box solutions and customize them to meet the needs of clients in the Manufacturing and Financial industries. Understand unique business challenges in these industries, such as supply chain management, risk and compliance in finance, asset lifecycle management, and automated financial processes, to deliver tailored solutions.Understand key challenges within Manufacturing and Financial Services sectors, such as financial regulatory compliance, supply chain disruptions, or asset optimization, and provide guidance on how ServiceNow solutions can address these needs effectively.Provide the architectural leadership to implement ServiceNow solutions within these specific industry contexts, ensuring that each deployment maximizes productivity, efficiency, and compliance in both Manufacturing and Financial Services environments.Architect integrations between ServiceNow and external systems commonly used in Manufacturing and Financial Services sectors (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, financial management software). Guide the use of Integration Hub, Web Services, and Data Models to ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.Provide guidance on utilizing Servicenow's GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) suite tailored to the Financial industry. Implement solutions that support compliance tracking, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. In Manufacturing, focus on integrating safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and quality control into Servicewow's platform.In Manufacturing, automate critical workflows such as inventory management, asset management, and supply chain logistics using ServiceNow's App Engine and Field Service Management solutions. For Financial Services, automate financial approvals, audits, and risk management processes to drive efficiency and reduce operational overhead.Ensure that Manufacturing and Financial Services solutions are continuously improved, leveraging the latest updates and innovations in the ServiceNow platform. Recommend enhancements and new capabilities as ServiceNow evolves, particularly with regard to industry-specific features like Manufacturing Asset Management and Financial Services Operations.Ensure that technical governance processes are followed in both Manufacturing and Financial use cases, maintaining high standards for configuration, data integrity, and security. And finally, you're open and border less - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Experience8+ years of ServiceNow experience as architect with ServiceNow CTA certification.ServiceNow Architect should have excellent knowledge on Service Now Module: ITSM, ITOM, HR,   App Engine, Portal. Core Services: Service Catalog, Service Level, CMDB / CSDM/Now Assist/Agentic AI.A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget as a Architect.Proficient in data model design including design of entity relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries.Proficiency in data modelling/migration/integration, data privacy and security regulations, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), SQL stored procedures, indexing, performance analytics, designing dashboards and reports.Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages.Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.In-depth knowledge of performance tuning in ServiceNow, ability to troubleshoot and identify bottlenecks, establish RCA for system performance issues, and experience in improving overall system performance.An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team.Project management and problem-solving expertise.Business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceCompletion of IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional Plus SuiteServicenow implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM), and Certified Application Developer (CADBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
