Key Account Manager – Nutraceutical Ingredients

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key accounts to build lasting relationships and foster growth.
- Develop trust with stakeholders, ensuring loyalty and long-term success.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers through valuable solutions.
- ⏱ Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.

- Use metrics to create regular progress reports and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Science-related preferred); MBA is a plus.
- 15+ years in sales/business development within the nutraceutical or dietary industry.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving international growth.
- Strong knowledge of the nutraceutical industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
