We also develop internal AI tools, customer support chatbots, and industry-specific AI solutions with the goal of reducing manual work and enabling businesses to focus on growth.Role DescriptionThis is a paid internship role for an AI Automation Engineer , with conversion to full-time based on performance . The role is primarily remote and open to candidates based in Punjab, India only . Occasional in-person meetings may be required at our physical location in Punjab. You must be comfortable working Canadian business hours .Responsibilities include building and integrating AI-powered automation and voice systems, connecting multiple tools and platforms, deploying real-world solutions used by businesses, and collaborating closely with engineers and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain AI-powered automation and voice systemsIntegrate CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, and similar toolsDevelop automation workflows using Make, Zapier, and n8nBuild, deploy, and support production-ready AI systemsImprove system reliability, performance, scalability, and securityCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholdersQualificationsHands-on experience with AI, automation, or software development projectsFamiliarity with voice AI tools such as Vapi, Retell, Dialogflow or similar platformsExperience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8nProgramming experience with Node.js, Python, and/or Go (Golang)Familiarity with React, Next.js, Supabase, and MongoDBExperience deploying applications using AWS or similar cloud platformsUnderstanding of scaling concepts (horizontal and vertical scaling)Knowledge of security best practices and clean code principlesStrong prompt engineering skills and ability to get work done using AI tools ( Claude, Chatgpt etc. )Strong English and Punjabi communication skills, especially spoken English to collaborate effectively with teamWhat We ValueReal, deployed projects and hands-on experienceStrong learning attitude and ownership mindsetPractical problem-solving ability and attention to detailDegrees and certifications are valued, but practical experience carries more weightHow to ApplyResumeGitHub profile (required)Links to any deployed AI or automation projects (strong plus)
