We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us build the future of Voice AIYou'll be working on cutting-edge AI solutions, combining backend excellence with intelligent AI integrations. This is a hybrid position based in Thane, where you'll have the opportunity to work on:- Build scalable backend services using Node.js (Express/Fastify) or Python (FastAPI) - Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching layers - Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes& - Train and fine-tune foundation AI models - Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines - Develop AI personas with advanced personalization - Customize image and video generation models - Integrate LangChain, Langgraph, Mastra AI, and Vercel AI SDK'- 3+ years of professional backend development experience - Strong expertise in Node.js (Express or Fastify) - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes - Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, Mastra AI, or Vercel AI SDK) - Problem-solving mindset and passion for AI-driven solutions - Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectureWe're a fast-growing startup building a Voice AI platform that empowers businesses to create intelligent chat and voice agents without the complexity.
