The Call Center Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role includes providing exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and supporting sales initiatives to meet company targets.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build rapport with potential clientsProficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service processesExperience in outbound Sales and meeting targetsAbility to work collaboratively in a team and maintain accurate documentationProficiency in using telecommunication and customer relationship management (CRM) toolsMinimum high school diploma or equivalent;additional qualifications in marketing or communication are a plusProven experience in a telemarketing or call center role is preferred
