Lead Product Manager

Function : Product Management

Reporting to : Head - Product

Zluri is a next-gen Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform that enables IT and security teams to discover identities and applications, streamline access management, and automate access reviews—all from a single, intuitive interface. With Zluri, organisations automate compliance readiness and ensure that the right people have the right access to the right applications at the right time, with minimal time and manual effort.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will proactively drive the development and success of product development and launches. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with UX Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing to bring your ideas to customers.

Product Planning and Execution

Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development

Create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs

Coordinate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features

Partner with Engineering, Design, and Security experts to deliver scalable and innovative identity solutions across provisioning, access governance, privileged access, and SaaS identity lifecycle management.

Product Performance Tracking

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products

Agile Process Management

Help remove obstacles for the development team

Conduct deep competitive analysis across global IAM leaders and regional players to identify differentiation opportunities.

Be a thought leader representing Zluri in industry forums, customer workshops, and analyst briefings.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 7-10 years of product management experience with at least 2+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM), IGA, or Security SaaS products.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Technical Skills: Proven success in managing products from ideation to launch in enterprise B2B SaaS/security environments.

Strong experience with dual-track agile and fluid between discovery and delivery

Core understanding of UX design principles with a focus on creating user delight

Familiarity with data analysis and product analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Mixpanel)

Knowledge of the SaaS Management and Identity Governance sector

Experience with product management tools (e.g., Experience in a growth-stage product, 1x to 10x.

Familiarity with Agile software and product development methodologies

Efficient with the RICE prioritization framework and a mix of other existing frameworks to make data-driven decisions.

Previous experience in or exposure to companies such as:

Global IAM leaders: Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock.
