Why This Role is Your Dream Gig This isn't your typical "sit in front of a computer and just post stuff" job. Nope. As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of Niirmaan Growth Hub across multiple profiles, turning our online presence into something that’s both powerful and unforgettable.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
1. Create Content Like a Pro Develop creative, engaging, and on-brand content that makes followers want to double-tap and share.
From memes to inspirational quotes, blog posts to videos—your content will have it all.
2. Handle Multiple Profiles Like a Social Media Superhero Manage and maintain multiple social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) like a seasoned pro.
Stay organized and keep each profile’s vibe fresh, consistent, and on point.
3. Be the Engagement Ninja Respond to comments, messages, and mentions faster than you can say "hashtag engagement."
Build relationships and spark conversations to turn followers into a tight-knit community.
4. Analyze, Optimize, Repeat Track performance and metrics across platforms to figure out what’s working—and what’s not.
Use data to improve content strategy and boost those follower counts.
5. Stay Ahead of Trends Be the trendsetter, not the trend follower. Stay updated on the latest memes, challenges, and platform updates.
Leverage trends to create content that gets noticed (and shared).
What Makes You Our Next Social Media Rockstar?
Must-Haves: You live and breathe social media—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok—you know it all
A creative brain that’s always thinking outside the box.
Strong writing and communication skills—you're the kind of person who turns simple ideas into viral posts.
Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or anything that makes your content pop
Basic understanding of analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.
Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience managing social media for brands (bonus points if you have a portfolio).
Experience with paid ads (bonus points if you know how to make them work wonders).
A passion for entrepreneurship and business growth.
