Job Title: Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop, create, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's goals.
  • Schedule and publish posts on different social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build and nurture a community around the brand by engaging with followers and encouraging interaction.
  • Foster positive relationships with the audience and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media activities and campaign performance.
  • Use data insights to optimize and improve social media strategies.
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Create compelling ad content to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Trend Awareness:
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new trends and features for the brand's benefit.
  • Collaboration:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
