The Unified InterOp Platform (UIP) team focus on building Interface, Services, Solutions & Platform for IKS Health spanning across various Interface technical skills and supporting IKS products & multiple business process for both Clinical and Payer services.

What will you be responsible for?
The ideal candidate will oversee the UIP’s data integration work, which includes design,
development, testing, documenting, deploying and monitoring an interface, with a robust Interface
Architecture using Rhapsody in a cloud based environment (GCP).
As an integration specialist you will provide subject matter expertise in Interface Architecture,
Standards and Practices, for designing, developing, implementing and monitoring an enterprise
wide secured and scalable interfaces.
Responsible for defining integration solution, creating technolgy roadmaps and creating an end-
to-end plan for enterpirse level projects/initiatives/migrations.
Ensure to keep the InterOp team’s capability to stay on top of the latest evolving technological
suites – e.g., HL7 v2.x, CCD, CCDA, FHIR, XML/JSON, Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs.
Hire the right talent, build, recognize & retain talent to create a professional culture with IKS
defined values within the team.
Establish SLAs, KPIs and recommend measurement and improvement of processes.
Create a strong monitoring platform for all the live interfaces for proactive alerting model and
administer the interface engine for assured availability.
Facilitating and presenting business updates during Portfolio governance and review meetings
with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide and implement continuous improvements & recommendations on new processes,
policies, and procedures that positively impact the business and organization values.
Deliver data-driven & complex solutions with a customer-first mindset with multicultural and global
teams in different time zones.
Creating and managing a sustainable, self organised, cross-functional and a collaborative team
that follows the best practices of Agile methodology.
Bulding reports and data visualizations, and through continuous improvisation establish a
matured PowerbI based reporting model to represent Operational KPIs
What would your day look like?
Understanding the domain, IKS feature clusters, business, functional and non-functional feature
requirements.
Creating artifacts and share the insights to team and stakeholders : Architecture, Interface
Solution Design, Interface Deployment, Interface Mapping and Transformation logics, Business
Context, Data Flow diagrams and others.
Influencing the culture of deliverying high values to the internal and external customers using
Agile methodologies.
Interface development: Coding, Testing, Deploying, Monitoring and Reviewing both platform and
delivery phases.
Proactive measures to resolve the possible risks in any of the projects and programs.
Support leadership team with proper business and technical updates/progress.
Who are we looking for?
10+ years of Interface Development and Architecture experience.
Masters/Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Interface Develoment, Architecture and Administration of
Engines (Rhapsody).
Strong expertise and Hands-on with messaging standards but not limited to HL7 v2.x, CCD,
CCDA, FHIR, XML/JSON, Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, EDI X12 (837, 835, 270/271,
276/277, 278, etc.)
Fair understanding of software development using .NET/C#/Java, Design Principles, Data
modeling and reporting using Power BI or other BI tools.
Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Node.js.
Nice to have an experience with GCP : deployment, monitoring, and management.
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and data as a service concepts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with an excellent written & verbal communication
skills.
Experience in managing tactical operations to achieve successful delivery with a customer-first
mindset.
Experience working with multicultural and global teams in different time zones.
Led complex technical development and migration projects from concept to completion.
Designed scalable systems capable of handling high volumes of data and traffic.
