The team is building next-generation, high-performance batteries, combining cutting-edge hardware, deep innovation, and smart engineering.Roles and Responsibilities:Financial Strategy, Planning & Capital ManagementDevelop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial health.Financial Operations & Risk ManagementEstablish financial controls, governance policies, and compliance frameworks (IGAAP, IND AS, IFRS).Lead financial reporting, audits, and month-end closures.Oversee treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, fund allocation, and risk management to optimize financial resources and ensure operational efficiencyInvestor & Stakeholder RelationsProvide regular financial insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders.Prepare presentations and performance reports for investment discussions.Lead financial and operational due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, investor expectations, and risk assessment protocols.Process & Technology OptimizationImplement financial technology solutions (ERP, financial modeling tools) to streamline operations.Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and compliance.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business growth.Qualifications & Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.4 to 6 years of experience in financial leadership roles (Sr. Finance Manager, Finance Controller).Strong expertise in financial modeling, and investor relations.Proven experience in liaising with banks and financial institutions for securing working capital, term loans and structured financing solutions.Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries is a plus.Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (IGAAP, IND AS, IFRS).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Note: Preference will be given to candidates from product-based startups or those currently working in Big 6 firms with experience handling mid-sized manufacturing companies.
