We are hiring for the role of HR Employee Partner. In your role, you'll be instrumental in collaborating with business leaders and employees to ensure that human resources strategies and practices align with the needs of the organization. Talent Management & Development Drive execution of the performance assessment process in partnership with HRBP Implement processes to differentiate talent by leveraging compensation and benefit (increment, variable pay, ESOPs) Drive capability building programs in consultation with HRBP which includes functional and behavioural enablement Talent Engagement To drive and sustain world class employee experience. Execute Talent Engagement initiatives to build a culture of high performance, improve work environment and increase retention Regular pulse checks with top talent and feedback to the leaders for speedy redressal of issues (if applicable) Action planning to address key challenges related to attrition/employee engagement Governance and operations management Analyze and monitor the key HR metrics (attrition/engagement etc) and draw actionable insights that lead to meaningful impact on the business Work closely with teams such as HR Ops, Hiring to ensure data sanity and accuracy around all aspects of people mapping Experience & Portfolio Has 4-6 years of experience in well-established organisations Has a strong understanding of HR fundamentals to be able to lay the right foundation Is obsessed with superior employee experience. Custodian of employee experience. Adaptability: Comfortable with dynamic working culture Working from office As of now, we work out of our offices, 5 days a week. We need someone who has experience in managing field workforce. We encourage out of the box thinking, and if you bring that with you, we will make sure you get a bag that fits all the energy you bring along.
