Job Title : Senior Sales Specialist Location : Remote Insta Service is an innovative on-demand services platform offering immediate and scheduled home services—handyman, plumbing, cleaning, and more. As a Senior Sales Specialist (Remote) at Insta Service, you’ll drive sales through proactive cold calling while managing the operational flow of scheduled jobs. This fully remote role is perfect for a candidate who excels at juggling multiple responsibilities, communicating effectively, and resolving issues on the fly in a fast-paced, startup environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus , as you will occasionally need to communicate with Spanish-speaking service providers and clients on a need basis. Sales & Lead Generation Cold Calling & Prospecting : Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Insta Service and generate new leads. Engage leads across multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to drive business growth. Client Relationship Building Sales Targets & Reporting Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives through consistent outreach and negotiation. Maintain thorough records of calls, interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Operations & Job Execution Identify unfilled or at-risk bookings and take swift action to secure coverage. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in cold calling or direct sales, ideally in a fast-moving environment. Previous operational/scheduling coordination experience is a plus, especially in a service-focused setting. Fluency in Spanish is optional but preferred. Outstanding verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone. Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to balance sales and operations tasks remotely. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; Experience working remotely for a startup or high-growth company.
