Bangalore  Experience : 2–4 years Type : Full-time, Hybrid At Allways, we make timeless wardrobe classics that outlast trends - from the Classic Oxford Shirt to the Everywhere Trousers. Every piece is built with care, thought, and a deep respect for design that’s both functional and beautiful. We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring that same sense of craft to everything we create. From Instagram carousels to ad campaigns, website visuals to email layouts. Own all visual storytelling for Allways across platforms: social media, ads, website, and email. Translate our brand’s tone into visual language. Design compelling ad creatives that convert without screaming “buy now.” Assist with basic video edits, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital campaigns. 2–4 years of design experience, ideally with D2C brands or early-stage startups. ~ A strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout. ~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. ~ Familiarity or curiosity about AI-based creative tools. ~ Basic video editing skills. ~ Send an email to yamini (at) getallways (dot) com with One ad creative for our Classic Oxford Shirt.
