We create digital, print, and multimedia projects that connect with audiences through clarity, creativity, and storytelling. Role Description We are seeking a Junior Creative Designer to support ongoing projects and assist in developing visual assets across digital and print platforms. The role offers hands-on learning and real exposure to brand-based design work. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design creative materials for digital, print, and brand communication. Develop layouts, illustrations, and marketing visuals aligned with project goals. Collaborate with content and marketing teams on creative ideas and campaigns. Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand guidelines. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all creative outputs. Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and techniques. Required Skills Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and color theory. Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Openness to feedback and ability to meet deadlines. Organized and proactive approach to tasks. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience or a strong academic/portfolio record.
