Phoenix Advisers is seeking a Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance to oversee all accounting and financial operations within the company. The Senior Manager will develop, maintain, and ensure the adequacy of accounting and financial control systems. They will also provide financial analysis to support the company's strategic initiatives, manage all day-to-day accounting functions, and ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceSkills, Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting or FinanceProfessional accounting qualification, preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Minimum of 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with at least 4-5 years of experience at a senior management levelThorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial planning, taxation, and financial analysisExperience in managing and leading a teamExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to exercise sound judgement, multitask, and prioritise competing demandsAbility to balance theoretical and practical solution implementationFamiliarity with FEMA operations to coordinate remittances with BanksFamiliarity with demat operations for off-market
