PocketFM is a leading platform for immersive audio series, captivating millions of listeners around the world. We leverage compelling video ads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to market our shows and acquire new users. We’re seeking a Creative Lead to manage our content team, driving the creation of engaging, high-performing video assets to fuel our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage a Creative Team : Oversee a team of 4-5 writers and 4-5 editors, ensuring the production of high-quality video ad scripts and assets for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Content Strategy : Develop and implement creative strategies for video ads based on PocketFM’s shows, targeting maximum user acquisition and engagement.
- Campaign Management : Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align video content with business objectives , ensuring all assets are performance-driven and tailored for each platform.
- Creative Oversight : Ensure all scripts, edits, and final videos are on-brand, engaging, and optimized for platform-specific requirements.
- Post-Production Guidance : Utilize your knowledge of sound and editing to guide the post-production team in delivering polished and impactful content.
- Business Analysis : Work closely with the marketing and business teams to analyze the performance of video assets and use data-driven insights to continuously improve creative output.
- Team Leadership : Foster creativity and collaboration within the team, offering guidance, feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met. Empower team members to grow and deliver high-quality work.
- Hands-On Creativity : Be involved in scriptwriting, ideation, and editing to maintain creative excellence while mentoring and leading by example.

- Quick Learner : Ability to quickly understand new concepts, tools, and industry trends to guide the team in producing cutting-edge content.
- Fluent in English : Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with a knack for translating stories into engaging scripts.
- Sound and Editing Knowledge : Basic understanding of post-production, including sound design and editing; previous post-production experience is a plus.
- Avid Reader : A strong grasp of storytelling, with a passion for exploring various narratives and genres to adapt into creative campaigns.
- Team Leadership : Proven experience in managing and leading creative teams, inspiring innovation, and ensuring productivity.
- Business Savvy : Solid understanding of business analysis , campaign performance, and aligning creative efforts with company growth.
- Basic Excel Skills : Comfort with using Excel or similar tools for tracking performance metrics and conducting basic data analysis.
