Our mission is to give wings and wisdom to stories, transforming them into a strong entertainment package. Pocket FM has grown to 130+ million listeners community, spending an average of over 115 minutes every day, while the total streaming on the app counts to over 6.5 billion minutes monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced, user-friendly applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate product vision into a technical roadmap.
- Lead the iOS development team by mentoring junior developers,conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Champion best practices in iOS development, including clean code principles, unit testing, and version control.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the iOS ecosystem (Swift, SwiftUI, etc.).
- Identify, own and resolve technical challenges, ensuring optimal app performance and stability.
- Own the App Store submission process and maintain a strong understanding of Apple's guidelines.
- Contribute to the overall technical direction of the team and provide guidance on architectural decisions.
Qualifications:
- Required 6+ years of experience in iOS development.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality iOS applications. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- In-depth knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI (a plus), and the iOS SDK.
- Experience with design patterns, unit testing frameworks, and version control systems (Git).
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively withcross-functional teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Fastlane, etc.).
- A passion for building a great user experience (UX).
