Expectations from the Role holder is to be a tech expert, to lead sprints with capable tech teams with a high people management quotient, and to prioritize tasks. You will manage multiple products/ tools and a team of 10+ members. You will be the owner of product delivery, sprint optimization and architecture development.Location: Noida (Hybrid) / 5 daysWhat will you get to do?Drive technical design remodeling, and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts and systems for robustness and scalability.Partner with cross-functional teams, to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions.Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews.Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security.Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.Skills & QualificationBachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream.Relevant and progressive 10+ Years of experience, with good projects in Blockchain productsHands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.jsHands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDBStrong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.Preferred: Designed, developed and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud.Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.Hiring Process:3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & senior leaders.
