We are expanding our Financial Advisory (FA) practice and are looking for a dynamic Manager to help build and lead a high-performing team that integrates advanced financial modelling with deep market research. Strong foundation in financial modelling, with the ability to design, audit, and refine complex models for valuation, planning, and strategic decision-making. Advanced Excel and analytical skills: Proficiency in advanced formulas, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and dynamic model structures; VBA or automation exposure is a plus. Ability to see the bigger picture, connect business dynamics with financial outcomes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong research and business acumen: Lead the development and review of detailed financial models across industries — including valuation, operating, and scenario planning models. Integrate market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trends into robust modelling assumptions. Contribute to building and standardizing modelling frameworks, templates, and quality review processes. Collaborate with senior leadership to align deliverables with commercial and strategic objectives. Participate in designing and evaluating technical assessments for new hires to maintain a high talent bar. Be a core part of scaling an already strong FA practice into a center of excellence for modelling and research. Work with experienced professionals who value mentorship, precision, and analytical integrity. MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
