Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our team of 3D Visualizers. The ideal candidate should not only bring a strong design and artistic vision but also the technical expertise to streamline workflows, integrate AI tools, and push the boundaries of architectural visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists/visualizers to deliver world-class architectural renders, animations, and walkthroughs.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into stunning visuals.
Set creative direction, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Introduce and implement AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and creativity.
Supervise the entire production pipeline – from modeling, texturing, lighting, animation to post-production.
Ensure that all visual output aligns with brand and client expectations.
Required Skills & Tools Expertise:
Strong command of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and related visualization tools.
Knowledge of animation and post-production tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Familiarity with AI-based tools for rendering, upscaling, and creative workflows.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a creative team.
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail in architecture, design, and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Design, or related field.
Hands-on experience in architectural visualization studios.
Knowledge of Unreal Engine / Unity (optional but a plus).
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
