Oversee conceptualization of Copy projects:- Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion. - Ensure the Copy team and junior Copywriters are producing quality work. - Conceptualize original and unique scripts. Choose the right images, typography, and layouts for the project. - Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects. Coordinate between BD and Design teams to ensure smooth flow of work. - Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices. - Be responsible for building the agency’s creative reputation. - Prepare reports on a monthly/quarterly basis to check the development progressions of the projects.A little bit about you…Role:- Creative Director Reporting line: Executive Creative Director - Graduate /post-graduate with 8 – 10 years’ experience in copywriting, preferably for social media. Good at communication, strong presentation and strong portfolio of past creative projects. - Good command of techniques and visual elements. Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail. - Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment. - Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
