Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Location: KPHB Branch, Exxeella Global Edtech Pvt Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
Branch Operations & Management:
Oversee all branch operations, including client consultations, student enrollment, and managing processing timelines.
Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing all client queries promptly and efficiently.
Maintain adherence to company policies, guidelines, and service standards across all branch functions.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Develop and implement sales strategies at the branch level to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for sales and counseling teams.
Identify growth opportunities and coordinate promotional activities, including local events, seminars, and partnerships.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Plan and execute branch-specific marketing initiatives to build a solid lead pipeline.
Organize events like workshops, spot assessments, and in-house admission days to engage prospective students.
Collaborate with the central marketing team to run campaigns for key study destinations.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize lead generation.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, including counselors, sales executives, and support staff.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and implement employee development programs.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging study destinations.
Offer insights and recommend strategies that align with market demand and company objectives.
Regularly analyze branch performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Represent the branch at events, seminars, and public relations activities to strengthen Exxeella’s market presence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales and branch management, preferably within the overseas education sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies for lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
